These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Consol AI ("Service"), operated by X Freight AI LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Consol AI is a cloud-based software platform for freight forwarders, LCL consolidators, and container freight station (CFS) operators. The Service provides tools for warehouse receipt management, consolidation planning, document generation, AI-assisted email processing, customer portal, WhatsApp notifications, and related freight operations workflows.
The Service is a software tool. We are not a freight carrier, customs broker, or logistics provider. We do not arrange, manage, or take responsibility for the physical transportation of goods.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
You may invite team members to your organization. The account owner is responsible for all activity under their organization, including actions taken by invited members.

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We use AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to process emails, extract document data, generate shipping documents, and provide operational suggestions. Your freight data may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.
You may export all your data at any time from Settings. Upon account termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
The Service is offered in three tiers: Starter ($349/month), Growth ($749/month), and CFS Enterprise ($1,499/month). Annual billing is available at a 20% discount. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions end at the close of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are refunded pro-rata for unused months upon request.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have unpaid balances exceeding 30 days.
We target 99.9% uptime for the Service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate documents, extract data, classify emails, and provide operational suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a draft and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of AI-generated documents.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated shipping documents (bills of lading, customs declarations, shipping instructions, etc.) before submission to carriers, customs authorities, or other parties.
The Service integrates with Twilio for WhatsApp messaging. Each customer connects their own Twilio account and WhatsApp Business number. Messages are sent from your business number, not from Consol AI. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business policies, message opt-in requirements, and applicable messaging regulations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for: cargo loss or damage, missed shipping deadlines, incorrect customs classifications, carrier performance, or any physical logistics operations. The Service is a software tool — operational decisions and their consequences are your responsibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by X Freight AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), Twilio (messaging), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
